It’s Halloween Weekend in Gainesville! There are TONS of spooky events all around the city this weekend, but how does one choose? Well Security Mini Storage has the lowdown on the best scary and haunted events taking place in the city this weekend! Check them out below!

Halloween in Gainesville

Most of these events are rain or shine, but be sure to check their websites, which we will link, or give them a call before heading out!

Boo at the Zoo at Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo

“Boo at the Zoo is Gainesville’s favorite Halloween treat for families. The students and staff transform the zoo into a spooky but safe trick or treating event for the whole family. Admission to the event is one canned good per person. Cans collected help two charities, Gainesville Harvest and Catholic Charities, which feed families in need from our community.”

This awesome family event takes place on October 31st only. The admission is FREE and it runs from 3pm to 7:30pm. Check it out! More info HERE.

Kirby Family Farm Lost Railroad

“The Lost Railroad is an intense environment with darkness, live insects and reptiles, loud noises, and small spaces! This fundraising event on the farm is NOT recommended for children under 13!”

This promises to be a very scary event, so keep this in mind for families with small children. This runs on Friday and Saturday and tickets are 20$ in advance or 25$ at the gate. More info HERE.

A Great event for the little ones! “A fun fall themed mini session for your little ones. Choose from one of three sets options, indoors or outdoors.” This runs until Saturday only and you can get %40 off with the code “PUMPKIN” Grab your Halloween photos here! The memories are priceless!
